Overview
Calendarr is a Windows application that syncs upcoming movie and TV release dates from Radarr and Sonarr into your Google Calendar. This policy explains what data Calendarr accesses, how it is used, and how it is stored.
Google Account Access
Calendarr connects to your Google Calendar using OAuth 2.0. The only permission requested is calendar.events — the ability to create and update calendar events. Calendarr does not request access to read your existing events, manage your calendars, or access any other Google services.
Data We Access
- Calendarr creates and updates Google Calendar events on your behalf using release date information from your Radarr and Sonarr instances.
- No personal information from your Google account (name, email, profile) is read or stored by Calendarr.
Data Storage
The OAuth refresh token issued by Google is stored locally in a configuration file (config.json) on your own machine. This token is never transmitted to TnUC Creations or any third party. All data processed by Calendarr stays on your machine.
No Tracking or Analytics
Calendarr does not collect usage data, crash reports, analytics, or any telemetry. There are no third-party tracking libraries included in the application.
Third Parties
Calendarr communicates only with:
- Your local Radarr and Sonarr instances (configured by you)
- Google Calendar API (to create and update events)
- GitHub Releases API (to check for application updates)
No data is shared with any other third party.
Revoking Access
You can revoke Calendarr's access to your Google Calendar at any time by visiting Google Account → Security → Third-party apps with account access and removing Calendarr.
